RESEARCH USE AGREEMENT (RUA)
1. Scope & Intent
Verse Research LLC (via peptideverse.com) supplies chemical reagents solely for laboratory research. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary items. No medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or household use.
2. Purchaser Qualifications
Purchaser and end users must be trained and competent to handle laboratory chemicals and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies. Verse Research may refuse, cancel, or delay orders at its compliance discretion.
3. Prohibited Uses
Products may not be used in or on humans or animals; in diagnostic tests; in clinical trials; in manufacturing of drugs, biologics, devices, or cosmetics; or in any application regulated as medical or clinical use. Compounding or re-packaging for medical or clinical distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Safety
Purchaser will review and follow the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS), use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and implement safe storage, handling, and disposal practices.
5. Information Provided
Any technical data (e.g., purity, HPLC, NMR) are provided for research planning only. Verse Research makes no representation that products are free from contaminants or suitable for any purpose other than laboratory research.
6. Warranty & Disclaimers
Products are warranted to conform to Verse Research’s specifications at shipment. No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The sole remedy is limited to replacement or refund at Verse Research’s option.
7. Indemnity
Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Verse Research LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the use, handling, storage, transport, or disposal of products after delivery.
8. Compliance Records
Purchaser authorizes Verse Research to maintain records of age and identity confirmations, RUA assent, order details, IP addresses, and communications for compliance purposes.
9. Export/Import
Purchaser is responsible for complying with all import/export laws and securing any permits required in the destination jurisdiction.
10. Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled by authorized third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon carrier tender.
11. Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any disputes shall be in Sacramento County, California.
12. Excluded Products
Purchaser acknowledges that Verse Research LLC does not supply bacteriostatic water, syringes, needles, or any other consumables that may be construed as supporting human or animal administration.
13. Geographic Scope
Sales and shipments are limited to the United States.
14. Future Catalog
Verse Research LLC may expand its catalog to include additional laboratory reagents; all such materials will remain designated as Research Use Only.
